The Team

Our Commercial Property team is headed by Patrick Quinn.  Our client base consists of landlords and tenants, developers, investors, pension funds and commercial funders.  We advise on the acquisition, disposal, management and letting of all types of commercial property, including industrial, retail, licensed and development premises.

The Gregg Latchams WRH Commercial Property Team also comprises Barbara Hunt, Justyn McIlhinney, Richard Hill and Andrew Strachan, all of whom bring considerable and diverse expertise to our commercial property team.
